Only invited players are offered the free Transfer from/to the airport & rail terminal to/from the Official hotel according the request via the Registration system.

In order to provide efficient transfer management and organize your transportation, we kindly ask you to complete your arrival and departure information to:

Vnukovo International Airport (VKO)
Domodedovo International Airport (DME)
Moscow Rail Terminals

Transportation from the Airport to the Official hotel and back will be provided by the Organizing Committee during the period of 24th till 31st of December 2019.

It is strongly recommended to submit your travel details via the Registration system accurately until 22nd of December 2019. No submissions after 22nd of December will be accepted.

Taxi

Reserve a taxi when you arrive at the airport. You can just make a reservation when you arrive at the airport in any one of the stalls that the official taxi companies have in each of the airports' terminals.

Try to avoid the people who "assault" you as soon as you get through customs with your suitcase offering taxi service even though they may have uniforms that say "Official airport taxi". These are usually illegal taxi services and can occasionally cost you much more than the official taxis because they do not have set prices.

Yandex.Taxi, GetTaxi, Uber

Yandex.Taxi and GetTaxi are services similar to Uber. They allow you to order a taxi and follow the execution of your order at the map. Orders are transmitted to the services' partners – thousands of taxi companies and drivers. You can connect to these services through their sites or through Android or iOS apps. With these applications, the user can order a taxi with just one touch of the display on the mobile device, follow the route of the ordered cars and share your opinion about the quality of service.

Aeroexpress train

All airports (Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo) are connected to the city centre with Aeroexpress trains. Travel time to rail terminals is from 35 to 55 minutes. Both Aeroexpress and Moscow Metro work from 05:30 AM to 01:00 AM. Free Wi-Fi is available both inside the Aeroexpress train and in the Metro.
